Shipping Policy

CanadaMotorParts will ship your order via UPS and Canada Post. Once we ship out your items, you will receive the tracking number by E-mail. Sometimes our E-mails may go to you junk mail box, if you don’t receive our E-mails please double check your junk mail box before calling us.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, if you place and order with us and the address on your account is to a POP Box the parts will not be shipped until we receive a physical address from you.

All Free Shipping only applies to most cities and provinces in Canada and the Contiguous United States. Any shipments to the excluded locations may fall under insufficient shipping charge. We will send you an email with detailed information regarding the extra shipping cost that is required. If you do not agree with the amount, we will be glad to cancel the transaction and refund you the payment.


If the packages are damaged during the shipping process, they will be covered by the shipping insurance. Please notify us immediately after receipt of merchandise should this happen.

If the Package is lost during transit, please notify us immediately as well. As they are also under shipping insurance therefore we can assist you on getting an replacement for your order.
