Return Policy is committed to provide the best customer satisfaction possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will be glad to refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. If you would like to return our products, you are required to fill out a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form from us and we will issue you a RMA code before you return any item. Any return/replacement without a RMA form could be refused. Customers are responsible to return the defective items to for all warranty claims. We have a 7 days return/exchange policy on all new items purchased. The return/exchange items must be return with the original boxes and in resalable condition.

If you return the items due to seller’s fault and seller is not able to provide applicable parts, you will receive full refund on your purchase but not include freight cost. If correct parts are shipped and you wish to return the items, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% of your purchase. All customers will be responsible for freight costs on any product return to Customer will also be responsible for custom charge if item are returned from outside of Canada. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty claim. Only one warranty claim is allowed per customer.
